TASTE EXPERIENCES ON A PLATE
Food is increasingly a part of our national identity. Different
berries, mushrooms, game, etc., give the dishes their own unique
touch. We created 16 different taste experiences from Satakunta,
each reflecting the raw materials and characteristics of their region.
The result has been the collaboration of many top experts. The common
denominator in everything we do has been the authenticity and purity of the flavours.
Eura and vitello fungo
Jämijärvi, sausage & root vegetables and poached egg
Merikarvia and whitefish ceviche with sea buckthorn jam
Karvia, milk ice cream and blueberry crumble
Kokemäki and berry galette
Siikainen, game carpaccio, barley risotto and wild herbs
Rauma, stuffed chicken roast and herb risotto
Huittinen, pork sirloin and spinach mashed potatoes
Harjavalta and marinated new potatoes, cold-smoked salmon and oat flatbread
Pori and herring burgers
Nakkila and fava bean-carrot-cabbage rolls
Kankaanpää and marinated Highland beef, organic tomato salsa and salad
Ulvila and carrot waffles with citrus cream cheese
Eurajoki and lamb tartar, pickled cabbage and sea buckthorn mayonnaise
Säkylä and Créme Ninón, sage oil and honey-pickled fennel
Pomarkku and Isojärvi pike-perch, roasted carrots, mashed potatoes
